The ham radio stuff doesnt sound like "shadow" to me......
I would lean towards "bleed over".......I think the radio room was being used while this tape was being made and the transmissions out of JTown were being picked up on the recording equipment. I am a ham radio operator and Ive done this myself.....
Sometimes my transmission would come over the TV or stereo.......some people have such strong signals that their neighbors pick up the transmissions on their tvs..........its all explainable, but I forget the particulars of how the radio waves work

It could be, but I would wonder who "Tim" was.....
Couldnt have been Tim Carter.......
Perhaps Tim Stoen, but I dont remember him ever saying he talked to JTown on the Ham radio on Nov 18.
Something to check out I guess.
I always thought it was old shadow, like the music, but........................................

thanks a lot, some scary shit hearing little kids talk about ripping heads off. Is the constant high laughter by Jones?

Yes........I hadnt heard it before today.....but I had heard about it........
His laughter was so peculiar (so Ive been told) that it alone often made everyone else laugh..........

As a side note..........it just proves he was human too........
And it was kinda funny hearing those little kids talk like that.........hehehehehehehehehehe........
And I didnt take a word of what they said seriously.....seems like they were all just trying to out-do eachother.....

Listening to this tape again really made me feel sad for any of the parent/relatives that have heard it. At one point on the tape there is a little boy that is talking about his father and what he would like to do to him. Jones says "This must be a Baisy" while laughing about what this little kid has to say about his father. I looked at the "Who Died" page on the Alternative Considerations website for the name Baisy and I see that there were eight people with the name Baisy that died on Nov. 18th.

With each name, there is a remembrance from Mr. James S. Baisy who was the father of these little children. I can only think that this man, having lost so much that day, would be heartbroken to hear his child talk about him this way. I almost considered removing this video so as not to bring anymore pain to this man or other relatives that have had to live with this tragedy for close to thirty years.

In the end I decided to leave the video on Youtube. It's an important record of exactly how Jones manipulated these people to turn from their families and devote themselves only to Jones and the "cause". I'm sure similar tactics of this type are used by leaders of groups like Peoples Temple even today. If the right person hears this tape, it could show them the path they are headed down if they abandon their family and follow their leader. Maybe that will never happen, but my hope is that it could.
